Principal's Message

Dear Empire Elementary Families,

Wishing you a restful and rejuvenating summer! May this break be filled with quality time, exciting adventures, and cherished memories. Thank you for your support throughout the year. We look forward to another fantastic academic journey together in the fall. When we start back to school on August 14th for the 1st through 5th graders and August 17th for PreK and Kindergarten.  We ask that you allow your child to come to school on time, every day. We ask that you read with your child for 20 minutes and practice math facts for 10 minutes four days a week. Next year we will also be emphasizing social and emotional learning. Each week we will forward to you a social and or emotional learning concept that we will be focused on at school and we ask that you use the SEL learning guide to have discussions with your child about these skills. We value your partnership in supporting your child for their future success. Because at Empire Elementary we believe,  "What starts here, changes their world."
