S.T.E.M.

Our S.T.E.M. Vision
At Empire we work on creating a cross-curricular approach tied to grade-level standards with a focus on collaboration and student discourse to solve real-world problems in science and engineering. Students are engaged in lessons that are open-ended allowing for multiple entry points with technology used to enhance learning. Students embrace challenges and the opportunity to learn from failure as they engage in productive struggle. The goal is to produce an able workforce to compete in a global society.
