Hello My Name Is...

Mrs. Robin Link

My name is Robin Link.  I will be your child’s 4^th grade teacher for the 2014-15 school year.  I am currently in my 18^th year of teaching, all at Empire!  I started out teaching 2^nd grade.  Four years later I moved to 1^st grade and taught at that level for five years.  Then, I moved to Kindergarten, which I taught for seven years.  Last year I moved to fourth grade and am now in my second year of teaching at that level. 

          I was born and raised in Medford, Oregon.  I attended the University of Oregon and earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Park Management in 1983.  Shortly after that I moved to the Carson area.  I worked at Heavenly Valley Ski Resort and Harrah’s Lake Tahoe until 1995.  Then I went back to school at Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village where I earned my teaching certificate.
