Shelly Conger

I am one of Empire's  "Highly Qualified" kindergarten teachers. What a great team to be part of! I have been teaching for 30 years and have been at Empire for the last 8 of those years. I have taught at both public and private schools, and at most elementary grade levels. This is my 16th year in kindergarten. I have a BA degree in Psychology from San Jose State University and elementary certifications in both Texas, through Lamar University, and Nevada, through UNR. I also have TESOL certification (teaching English to speakers of other languages).
