Hello and thank you for dropping by!

This is my 2nd year as a .5 time counselor at Empire Elementary and it has been wonderful working with the the students, staff and families.  My current schedule at Empire is all day Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday morning.  During this time I teach classroom guidance lessons, meet with individual and small groups of students, run workshops to help students learn and practice specific skills, and consult with teachers and parents to help students succeed.

 I have been a Professional School Counselor for the past 24 years serving students Kindergarten through 12th grade at various locations in Nevada and California.  Additionally, I have spent 7 years working in nonprofit agencies providing counseling and case management.
